Track document deadlines

Make deadlines actionable

The tracker links each required document to its due date, responsible person, and next step, turning a calendar reminder into a manageable piece of work.

Describe the deliverable

Name the document precisely enough that staff can identify the correct version, recipient, and submission route without searching through old messages.

Plan the next action

Add the immediate next step as well as the final deadline, because a request, review, signature, or upload often needs to happen first.

Review by urgency

Check the list at a regular interval and escalate items approaching their deadline before a last-minute dependency prevents completion.

Close completed items

When a document is submitted, confirm receipt or completion and update its status so the tracker remains a trustworthy view of outstanding work.
