Create a presentation order

Sequence presentations fairly

This presentation order keeps speakers, topics, notes, and progress status together, helping a class move smoothly from one contribution to the next.

Allocate the order with topic length, transitions, and question time in mind rather than assuming every presentation needs identical minutes.

Decide in advance whether an absent presenter moves to the end, swaps with a volunteer, or presents later, then apply that approach consistently.

Update the status as presentations happen so speakers know what is next and the teacher can make informed adjustments when time changes.

Use brief notes linked to the presentation purpose, reserving detailed individual feedback for an appropriate private channel.
